I’m trying to catch an armadillo in a residential area so I’m only allowed to use cage traps, And I don’t know where the burrow is. Any tips?

You'll probably get alot more help over on the arc forum but drug fencing is the norm. Basically you take something like that plastic netting you see high way works use or south NH and treats it across where you think the armadillo travels and you put your cage trap a some point on it with the door open. Basically Dillos can't see to good so come walking to their favorite yard to dig up and bum into this fence and they basically follow it down until they get led into the trap.
Works better with double doors or two single doors

If you can find a trail it's easy no blocking needed you can even use just one cage and catch em. The trail will look like an [Linked Image]

I've done it the way wolf has done it. Also stay out at night and shoot, if possible
