Peach rhubarb sounds like a good way to ruin a great peach pie!!

Looks and sounds great. We eat alot of pineapple rhubarb pie. I'm allergic to strawberries, all berries actually so we try different things alot. Peach will now be next on my list. Thanks

Good point. I think peach and rhubarb; would make lousy soup.

Ok, the flavor was perfect, not to sweet and not sour, but the inside was not set up like it should have been. Maybe I went overboard on the amount of filling. So on my next one I think I will double the flower and add some corn starch to thicken the filling and make it set up better. I was happy with the taste so I won't have any problem eating it!!

You might try tapioca to get the filling to set-up....I like to use that in the "soupier" berry pies when I build them......
