Rode mine out in my field two days ago just to knock the dust off it. Wife thought I was nuts.

Got a new Skidoo Expedition LE with a 900 ACE, only got to drive it a little in the spring, can't wait for winter. Got a chainsaw that will fit in the LINQ tote on the tunnel, an Echo 355 with a 14 inch bar, will be a lot handier on the trapline than my big Stihl. I keep full coverage insurance on my newer snowmachines, a friend wrecked one of mine years ago, and I wrecked one last year. I put many thousands of miles on mine every year trapping, hauling wood for the church and parsonage woodstove, going to other villages to minister, and the annual caribou hunt.

Curious if you guys carry liability insurance for your snobil Heck yes! I put my SWT through the ice a few years ago on New Years Eve...almost died. Insurance was huge and I bought a brand new Expedition LE 1200 after that. Talk about a sweet ride! I kinda' miss the SWT though, but I'm not beaver trapping through the ice anymore and the Expedition does just fine pulling ice shacks.

I have nothing clever to put here.

That Tucker sure laid down a nice ribbon...Just got ours out of storage also, and are getting them running correctly. Nothing like Tug Hill N.Y. with an average of 300+ inches of snow a year. Just wondering how all the watering holes on Tug Hill are going to handle the crowds of snowmobiler’s given all of the capacity and other covid guide lines in NY? With upwards of 10,000 snowmobiles every weekend on Tug Hill, Places like the Hideaway, Milk Plant, Timberview, it’s nothing to see in excess of a hundred sleds in the parking lot on any given time on any winter weekend.

I hate snow. With all my tiny little raisin heart. If I ever need a snowmobile I’m moving farther south

I'm on the west side of the hill,( Worth area ) not many places to stop at over here. Not exactly how those places will handle the crowds, but one thing is for certain, they are coming. I see downtown Syracuse is already improvising some outdoor winter dining areas, to up their legal capacity.
