Yup.

Very much so but it was expected. Money walks.

Would've sooner seen him in the 14.

I was hoping he would go to the 14.

That said, with the equipment he will have at Hendrick I look to see something similar to when Ernie Irvin left the 4 car and went to the 28. I always thought Ernie out drove the 4 car and the proof was the beast he became in the 28. Kyle has been doing the same thing in the 42. 6 months in the 5 car, if it even takes that long, he’ll be taking ‘em to school.

The boy impressed me in a dirt car. I watched him half a dozen times this year and he has something most don't.

I guess we'll see just what he can do on the hard stuff that we say is only good for getting you to the racetrack.
