I just picked up some fur hangers and would like hang my coyotes on them. My question is how how you hang them? Do you punch a hole through the bridge of the nose or through the eye hole or what?

I hang all my finished fur through the eye, just the way I was told to do it when I was younger, right, wrong, or just stupid im not sure. Ive never been docked or told any different buy my buyer. Also I split all my ear and finish them pointing up with wire, but make sure ears are dry before you pack fur on hangers for storage or you get some foul smelling and slipping coyote faces. My buyer said I can just cut ears off like bounty coyotes, but I dont like a earless coyote looks goofy. Hope this helps.

Thank you, that answers alot of questions for me. I've usually sold my furs green but would like to finish them. Appreciate the help!

I hang all mine through the eye too once they are dry. They can hang a long time that way. I start getting nervous about bugs come spring and get them sold.
