Been dizzy last 3-4 days, doc says my blood pressure is to low, anybody else had this happen? No beaver trapping this week.

What is your normal BP, and what is it now ? I took a ladies yesterday that was 110/65 which is low, but normal for her.

Mine changes, lying down is the highest, sitting up it drops, standing up it drops lower yet.walleyed you'll have to keep the ny beaver three going this week, I know you can catch em.

No, supposed to hook me to heart monitor for 24 hrs , pulse is steady 67, ekg was good.

The monitor is no big deal. Just a bit inconvenient.

I've had mine drop like that once in a while. Especially when I started on a low carb diet. Just be careful getting out of bed for a while. Drink some more coffee !

Do you take any BP meds? Some meds like beta blockers can cause those effects. Also make sure you stay hydrated, being dehydrated can impact balance as well. I have been on a beta blocker for about 20 years and it took a while to find the correct dosage for me. Over those 20 years I have had to add some meds and then go through those adjustments. Most times I am in the range they like, but I have been low at times as well.

Thanks bryce, I don't take meds for high blood pressure it's usually good, that's what has him baffled, said he doesn't want to give me meds to raise it until he knows what's causing it,just switched to this dr. And he seems like he actually wants to help instead of just pushing pills.

I've been at about 108/62 for several years. Yes, periodically I need to stop, bend over, get my head lowered, and it passes. I'm not on any meds. Heart rate normally about 55 bpm. I eat lots of salt; don't know if that's good or bad. Got a heart monitor for 48 hours about 5 years ago to check on "arrhythmia". My heart rate is normal for 1-2 minutes, then stops for 10-20 seconds, then gets back into normal sinus rhythm. Specialist in Missoula said I'm fine, that it's not all that uncommon. I ain't too worried.

I hate that rhythm in my sinuses ! Especially at night. It's like a ruffie drumming in the woods!

Hydrate well and a little more coffee --- wife deals with this all the time. Don't bend over to pick something up and then stand up quickly.

Salt is natures low BP medication. Pizza and chips tonight
