Was hoping to shoot this guy during archery season but he changed his pattern around near the end of September and I never could get back on him. Caught him chasing around 11:30 in the afternoon on Sunday. This is the fourth year in a row I've shot a mature buck between 11:00 and noon. All from the same spot, or at least within a hundred yard radius. To make things a little sweeter I was doing some deer stand shopping and had just got done hitting purchase for a dozen new MB 550s and some dog proofs when he came by. I have pictures of him from 3 years ago and his sheds from last year.. Ol'dad

Thanks everyone! I'm fortunate to have a good place to hunt. My late grandpa bought this farm in the 1940s. I would guess a large portion of it was paid for with fur money. Speaking of which, if anyone happens to have a copy of the February 1938 Fur Fish & Game that they would be willing to part with, I'd be interested in buying it. I just discovered it was one of the earliest editions that my grandpa wrote an article in. heres the cover. Nittany Lion had a copy on the trap shed but sold it earlier this year. ol'dad
