Does anyone know if the side engine mount on the Bravo ever changed ? I have an older Bravo and Im pretty sure the side engine mount is broken. I can move the engine side to side by hand pretty easy and it squeals bad under load but only when you turn. Anyway looks like the clutch has to come off to to replace it and when I look at the parts online it shows a nut on the outside ( just behind the clutch.) mine has a bolt there, not a nut. I would like to have the part before I take it apart. Hard to see in there but Im sure that mount is hooped.

Yes just that side bolt and rubber dampner part are what you need. It's a common part to break and I have replaced mine on the old bravo I had..just sold it to a guy in Haines actually.
I found one on ebay but the Whitehorse dealer should have them.
If you have the workshop manual it shows that real well.
The torque of those 250ccs cause that mount bolt to break combined with the trail bumping. Mine was causing enough movement that the drive clutch would travel up and make a horrid metal sound at high rpm.

Ok thanks. Mine was making a real loud squeal but only when I turned. I got this Bravo for a cord of wood last year. Its older but has very few miles on it. Like most of the Bravos Ive had, it starts with one pull no matter how cold it is.

Are you sure you don't just need the nut?

Got it fixed yesterday. The mount was indeed broken. Easy fix though.
