Our backyard young neighbor lady tested positive. She did not get real ill but had to stay home from work for 2 weeks. Her live in BF did not get COVID. One of my properties I set up for rats today came out and said I need to stay away. His wife teaches school and is positive, his test is not back yet but is showing signs. There was one student in one class that they feel caused an issue. Her mom stated her daughter did not feel good but sent her anyway. Three aides are positive now as well. In WI there is no real enforceable orders based on the supreme court rulings even with the mask, distance and group size mandates and our cases have skyrocketed. We are now 7th in the nation for cases and we are by far the smallest of the 6 states above us. The economy will not get better as many people just are not going to risk getting ill when the light at the end of the tunnel is say March or April of next year. That is less then a half of a year and we have been at this for almost twice that already.

Bryce

So if we didn't vote for the king we're a communist?
Over 1500 a day dying now in the US while DT hides out in the White House or his golf course.
250,000 and counting.

Yes to the first question if you voted D.There were other choices.

1500 dying per day....maybe, maybe not.

250,000 and counting........How about 650,000 dead every single year from CVD alone?? Why havent we shut down the food industry thats causing that??

What’s he going to do for those that didn’t acquire debt?

That won’t cause any division.

So Trump could stop it if he wanted to? Pretty stupid logic.

Jobs are dropping like flies around here for people that make the world go around......,blue collar workers with no college degree. Everyone from pipeliners to coal miners have taken it in the shorts in the past few months. Three more of the mines around here have shut down or gone to half capacity in the past couple months. Bar tenders, restaurant workers, etc. aren't faring too well around here either. Land prices are skyrocketing as people move from the cities to more rural areas. Property taxes for the working man are going way up many folks are not going to be able to pay their property taxes this year. $200 a day in day labor does not get you what it did just ten years ago.

Im worried about energy tax. When diesel is 4 bucks a gallon again, when your light bill doubles, in order that we "reduce our carbon footprint" the economy is going to crash. The covid shutdown combined with energy tax increases, more free money from uncle sugar, huge reduction in manufacturing, huge price increases in grocerys and other necessities from increased freight cost, I could see the whole house of cards collapsing. Bidet is not going to increase your income tax he is going to increase your energy tax.

The only ones I've seen hurt are the nonessentials such as bars and restaurants. However the few people I know that worked in those industries found themselves an essential job.
