Starting with a welder, you can get 110v wire feeds from $150 on up on Amazon and eBay. Check with your trap supply for lamination kits. Being that you want to do inside lam, a #2 round jaw lam kit might be the ticket. Give them a call.

If you buy the welder, you can do all of the lambs you want.

Looking for a real welder because I want it to be a certain way also the material needs to be the same dimensions as the jaw, that's the reason if there is a welder that is interested they can message me for full details, thanks

Those Lam kits with 3/16 rod can be tweaked a bit to fit good. I lamed some #2 Vic prof and the 3/16 rod just had to be bent about 1/8". A little buzz from the wire feed and you are good to go. I wouldn't give up my 110V buzz box for anything. Just having 3-4 doz traps modded will pay for a basic wire feed. Not to mention all of the other projects that pop up. All it takes is a little practice on scrap steel to get the hang of it.

PS, you have jumps? I would die for some #0 jumps.

I think it was worded just a bit confusing. By “welder”, he’s looking for someone to weld them on.

No desire to start welding? Everyone should know how to weld, it's an extremely useful skill.

sneaky, Roger That!! Simple flux-core wire-feed welders are pretty easy with a little practice on some scrap metal.
I've heard the saying that if you can write your name, you can wire feed.

I didn't word it correctly, my uncle taught me how to stick weld on the farm in the early 70's, I have no desire to start welding again, it is easier for me to find someone already set up and knows trap mods to do my little project, if anyone is interested message me, thanks for all the replies

Any recommendations on one of these cheap welders? I would like one for small projects like closing J hooks, stakes, 1/2in rebar drowning rods, etc. Just know ya usually get what ya pay for but for what I want to do cant justify a high dollar machine.
