Hey guys, a friend of mine has a few farms that he said I could trap. Being from out of state not sure what to expect out there. Probably looking at starting around thanksgiving. Pike Calhoun and brown county.
Any input would be great. Thanks in advance.

Are you talking Thanksgiving 2021?
There are plenty of coyotes here. Some are pretty good looking, some are pretty bad. Also, kind of pick your color. And they are not as big as PA, NY area. I would say the more timber that is close by the more likely it will hold a good number of coyotes.

We usually don't get snow until late December at the earliest. Sometimes later. If snow comes in late November or early December it will melt off and I'm quite a bit farther north than where you are talking.
