You guys that make pee posts to catch wolves do you ever use fox urine or strictly wolf pee?

I made some pee posts with fox urine and haven’t had any wolves check them out. I thought wolves would still at least take a sniff, but no luck yet.
Thinking maybe wolf pee is a must. ?

I have used coyote, wolf, and my own on posts that have caught. They are dogs, after all.

I've seen them check out and pee where I have on a snow bank. Never peed on a set, but I'm sure it would work. I've used coyote and wolf, one thing I will say, I've seen them check out all types of urine and I've seen them walk past all types like it doesn't exist. They are tempermental at times and just not in the mood.

I like to use coyote or wolf pee. Wolves hate newcomers in the area. Of coarse natural is always preferred..

BJ, last years catch but the wolves have come thru same spot and used the same tree. Just waiting for them to return.
