Things always get a bit squirrelly this time of year, especially on the land lines as the various deer gun seasons come and go.

Been a slow start for us. Got a couple critters early, then things slowed down. Had better past few days, mink, coon and a red fox today. Hope to get a bunch more canine sets out tomorrow and Saturday.
Anyone else seeing a slow period lately or maybe it's just me. Different areas of the nation, but the crazy warm weather we have been having hasn't helped at all. Road kill deer sit untouched and cant even get a coyote to eat a fresh killed rabbit. Best runs I had was when things got below zero at night, but we haven't had much of that. Otherwise it's been one here and there.

I was in a "groove" (caught 2 coyotes, which is outstanding for me), then we got snow/rain/freeze/thaw, patching things together right now, best of luck!..I have caught several coon in the meantime.
