Flint Lock OP trapper F Joined: Jan 2021 PA	What's the best place to use long distance lure with dirt hole and flat/post sets? Is it better to place the long distance lure right at the set, or place it some distance away? Thanks

Archeryguy trapper Joined: Nov 2011 Allegany State Park in WNY	I put a glob of hellfire on a nearby tree about 4 or 5 feet up. Then use a tiny amount ( tip of toothpick dipped in the hellfire) down the hole with my bait. You still need to use wind direction in your favor.
