UP STATE NY-Not the city!!!
In my part of UP State NY - it gets pretty cold for time to time wink

Coyoted seem to be not avoiding my sets but have zero interest. I have em baited with fresh beaver fresh coyote urine and have call lures out.

I have been having good luck on other farms with coyotes ... now that the single digits and below zero have moved in.. they arnt finding my set..

I am on sign.. trapping off a bone pile.. Just wondering if I should just pull and restart in another place..

Most of the time animals will avoid bait is that they have plenty of food and are not hungry. I will have lynx, wolverine, and marten avoid sets. Those time they do that there are plenty of game for them to eat and just stick to hunting.

Low temperatures should increase their need for food. Maybe you have too much going on at the bone pile.
Maybe try a pee post off to the side with just urine

Depends on the temperature. But I doubt you are going to get anything that cold in NY.

Don't use the gland lure . Just stick with urine. Is it good urine ? What kind and where did you get it ?
