Hey guys I’m setting up a dozen Jr’s for a buddy of mine and the pans are way high . Does anyone have an easy solution other than bending the pans ?

No Bs guys must not be up yet .

bottom of trap there is a nut that a 7/16 wrench will fit. loosen up and can slide the pan to change height. Believe out to lower. Can be tough to get loose on some.

If waxing, it will lighten up to good tension, i used fmj and would use bowstring wax where the pan contacts the jaw and that sped them up and got them to 2-3 lbs.

These were 0 pan tension when I started I’ve got them about 3 to 4 now and they won’t get waxed this late in the year. Just pressure washed .

Very good traps. I'd suggest calling Kendall or the shop.

I will be honest that first trap that I messed with had a glob of coating in the night latch, therefore the pan stayed high until it fired . I thought it sucked that a trap of that caliber had no night latch, it wasn’t until I got the next one out that I found the problem .
