When I first bought a jar of GHII, 2 years ago, wow, pretty strong skunky smell and had great luck with it. Same bottle now and I cannot smell any skunk and have not caught a yote yet this year when using it. I might not have stored it properly, but it is not nearly as effective as when I first bought it.

MTP sent me an email back and Mrs.Nancy said they checked a jar there at the shop and it did have the consistency I referred to but theirs had a definite skunk smell to it. She also stated she saw I had just placed an order for different items and she would throw a jar in with that order.
I sent an email back telling them it wasn’t necessary, but thanks for the offer. Guess it could have just lost its skunk smell, but I wouldn’t have thought so with it never being opened prior to a few days ago.

I was reading and came across that a few yrs ago. That the GH stood for ground hog base lure. When I was at the nta in Springfield Mo. I bought a 4oz and 2 1oz bottles of it. Thats how much I like using it.

gh-11 is the best lure i have ever used i didnt purchase any this year and it already is at the top of my list of supplies for next year i noticed on a double/triple set that it was always worked even if the coyotes didnt commit to the trap bed or the other traps

I caught this female today on Hiawatha Valley bait and GH2.

GhII was the lure used for my first canine I caught just a few years ago. Continue to use it on about 1/4 of my sets. I collect all my data to see what works best and that is my #2 lure. #1 is hawbackers red 100
