We just received 2’+ snow. We are expecting minimal melting between now and the season opener on 2/13. How does the heavy snow and below normal cold affect otter movement? I have 3 toilets I’ve been watching and was planning to set when the season opens. Our season here is 1 week long.

I will always set on sign... I doubt that otters ever get cold.
