An ole bull rider went to Kansas turkey hunting with my son and I one year. We came across the pasture with a big ole bull lying down in it. He told my son, who was 16 at the time, that he’d give him $20 if he’d sneak out there and slap that bull. I knew my son was a sucker for a dare, but didn’t think he had it in him. This bull was huge. Well, $20 was too much to pass up, so he did it. We were all amazed at the speed of a bull that had been snoozing just fine before being slapped. We were quite impressed with the speed of my son as well. He was screaming the entire way back to hold the top wire down because that bull was gaining ground on him, lol. He “supermanned” over that fence and my buddy and I were praying to God above that that bull would stop!! Thankfully he did but wasn’t happy about it.
