It means they aren't using it for it's intended purpose, will never take it off road, won't drive it in the rain, let alone snow, and had a lot of daddies money to play with.

My granddad told me when he was a teenager he bought a used Indian motorcycle... As soon as he got it home he set up a ramp in the yard and started jumping with the bike. I bet his folks didn't understand it.

I knew an old man who got his start in auto body work building "lead sleds" and chopping and channeling... I bet the old folks didn't understand that either.

My dad's generation did all kinds of crazy stuff with their muscle cars that the old folks probably considered ridiculous wastes of money.

One of my high school buddies had a '64 Impala that he poured every spare dime into... Booming bass system, the trick shocks, etc... I'm sure my folks thought that was silly. (But that 283 would tote the mail )

Kids are dumb. They spend their money on dumb stuff... dumb haircuts, dumb clothes and shoes, dumb music, dumb vehicles and accessories, etc... And if it's boys trying to catch a girl's attention there's no limit on the dumb involved. And each clique will have their own status symbols.

These kids today will grow up and poke fun at the next generation of kids tricking out their electric cars... Or bicycles... Or roller skates... (Or whatever is left after the nanny state outlaws everything.)

I figured he was backing up and getting ready to hook a trailer on..........nice system to lift the front end, lower the back and he can just drive right under the hitch. Lights probably change color when he gets directly under the hitch and the ball is lined up perfectly. He then likely just lowers the front and raises the rear with trailer attached............that would be useful......just maybe.......

How is this any different than older guys building out a 1943 whatever, to show in local car shows? I doubt this truck is anything more than a trophy-grabber. Personally, I like seeing the craftsmanship that goes into taking something and making it into something else. Wouldn’t do it myself, but I appreciate the effort put into these things.
