I just got some MB 550 2 springs in, the 2 exposed rods really seem to get in the way. I never plan on making it a 4 coil. should I cut them off? bend them?

thanks

I just bend mine inwards. Should the day come that I would decide to four coil them I can just bend them back out.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

MN Trapline Products suggest cutting off if you won’t be four coiling right on their page.

Yeah, I would cut them off if you aren't going to 4 coil them. If an animal gets a chain link in one of them it can render the swivels useless and you know what that means.
