That I really didn't want, but since they gave it to me I've decided to purchase a gqf 1502 incubator and a 1550 hatcher with it. Figure that way I can hatch large amounts of quail and chicken to raise and butcher once Armageddon hits and you can't find food in stores.

The amount you receive is determined by income level and thus the amount received is not included in income for the filing year in which it was received. For those that did not need it or want them they could send the monies back and ask that the funds be used to lower the national debt. It sounds great but in the time it takes to lick the stamp you are way behind. Thank God we have very low interest rates or the debt would cripple the federal budget and maybe the economy.
