I agree.
Biden announced today that because of the terrorist attack he is considering EO for his gun laws.
Buckle up it is going to get bumpy real quick Not sure E.O.'s are effective on any constitutional laws.

Good thing we have SCOTUS...oh wait. There's speculation that SCOTUS is scared to rule on gun control laws right now. Biden threatened to stack the court. If the conservative majority steps up and protects the constitution, there might be several new liberal justices added which would mean the conservatives would never get a say in any case again.

the scary thing about EO is he can ban the importation of guns and ammo from other countries and guess how many companies that make gunpowder are over seas. Think that there is a ammo shortage now just wait. I would guess, the vast majority of gunpowder used in the US is manufactured in Kansas. But, I could be wrong. Hodgdon makes their own powder, IMR, Accurate, CFE and Ramshot. That leaves only a few others that I am aware of and I don't use any of the others. Not that I'm hoping for any kind of additional regulation!

Hodgdon doesn't make any smokeless powder. Olin, in St Marks FL is the only smokeless powder producer in the U.S. Most of the powder used in sporting arms comes from Australia. Canada produces some also.
