Looks like an older 3-notch Lodge from the 1950's if I were to guess - would have notches in the heat ring on the bottom of the skillet at 3-9-12 o'clock. Still has the swirl marks from the surface grinding on the cook surface. Yes, ya nailed it!
I wonder if tap dancers walk into a room, look at the floor, and think, I'd tap that. I wonder about things.....

Do the bigger pans work better with electric? My 12” is tough to fry with on my gas stove because the heat gets concentrated over the flame. Outside the flame stays considerably cooler and I need to constantly rotate food around the pan. Even on the oversized burner its a pain. Bigger the pan the longer it takes to preheat. Best way to preheat those large CI skillets is in the oven where your heating up the entire mass evenly - broiler works, too. Quickest way to warp a cast iron skillet is to hit it with high heat on the stovetop.
