How do you fellas cook your scrapple? We would slice it thin and fry in butter.

Its quite a bit different. I love head cheese, but I知 not sure I would like scrapple so much. Pork liver and cornmeal are two things I don稚 care for. I知 assuming the liver taste is prominent. I値l try it if i ever come across it, I keep my eyes out for it but have never seen it.

coat it in flour before frying, makes it crispy on the outside.I like mine with an abundance of black pepper in mine. You can eat it with maple syrup on top, or Ketchup on top, even with a little hot pepper sauce on the ketchup.

I like it too. Had a buddy that I used to work with, whenever he would go back home to New Jersey, he would bring some back for me. I can't find it around here either.
