Good question... I have questioned this the last couple years.. is this something maybe we should offer for a service to our customer?

I personally dont want them to alter their behavior. I want them to blissfully roll right into the trap.

Rolling the lawn before catching it may cause the mole to alter their behavior.

Now you could roll the lawn, then come back and set on the new activity, but that's another trip. Trips cost money.

Yep, after doing it for awhile you know which tunnels are active and which ones aren’t when you open them up.
