Are the Police there refusing to enforce the laws ?

I say activate the National Guard from a Red state. Only combat vets. Arm them to the teeth pull out the media and send them in. After 10 minute when they meet in the middle. Send in the flat beds and the fire trucks to clean up the mess. I know in Iraq they used chicken trucks to pick them up and drop them in the alley behind the hospital. If it can work in a third world country surely it can work here.

As I understand it, the police have been disarmed so they cannot enforce the laws.....plus they have been told to stand down so they are purdy much neutered which has been the intent all along.
I was in Minnieyappolis a year ago and I never felt so uncomfortable as a privileged whitey.

I think the leaders of the cities were elected for the wrong reasons, therefore they lack the nads and courage to do what should have been done in the first place. Now the momentum has shifted and the good folks are scared and back-peddling.

The metro has higher number of voters than the rural areas. I can assure you that many of us country folk did not vote for them.

I haven't even had a beer in the last year,so I wasn't drunk and voted for Walz or his inept cronies. So don't blame me.

The cops there would love to enforce the laws.....that doesn't mean they are allowed to, however.

And people wonder why over 200 cops have already left and probably another 100 on the way out.

The Governor ( if that of which it's title assumes direction) has more or less sided with the leftest requests . He does not represent greater Minnesota.
He capitulates accordingly with his core beliefs in contrast with his upbringing .He has gone,..as we say " woke"

I thought about taking some bee hives to downtown Louisville side walks for the protest. Like strategically placed pallets of bricks that randomly showed up.

The crowd wouldn't know what they were and being nice looking and painted up would become an instant target. Video would be fun. But I just couldn't do that to my bees.

I don't think the police are entirely disarmed, but disarmed when making a vehicle stop. I guess they expect a police officer to protect themselves from the scum with harsh words.

The Twin Cities have become a dangerous place not only to visit or live, but to even pass through. We used to go there to shows, games, shopping, etc. No More!
