I have one, love it. I can't compare to other brands as I haven't been around others.
One thing I will say is silencercentral has the whole process down pat, from purchase to trusts. If you order one today you might get it in February, don't delay.

I have one, and two more coming any time now.
I can't say enough good about them, and it only adds 9 ounces to the gun (titanium) and the people are great to deal with. Cool

From what I found in research is titanium is best, steel next, aluminum is the worse Depends on your application. Titanium is light and strong but dose not handle the heat from high rates of fire like stainless can. They will start sparking when they get to hot I hear. Even those with full auto ratings. I can't confirm because I don't shoot at a high rate of fire. Also some use other materials like brass for the blast baffle for longevity. All of mine are titanium and meet my needs. NFATALK.ORG has a lot of silencer info and free metering results available.

Do you guys get the barrels threaded at local shops or send them off. Silencer Central does them for $100.00 plus $40.00 total shipping to and from.

I have one sitting in jail waiting on approval. Have heard nothing but good things about them.

They’re a good can (made by Mack Bros. I believe).
And they have the red tape down pat.
I actually have an older (heavier) 30 cal can that if it wasn’t such a pain the butt to do, I’d sell to get a Banish 30. I have a banish 22 cal and really like it. You are correct, they are made in Sturgis by Mack bros.

I ordered mine in 2020, it took 10 months.
My buddy ordered one from SilencerCentral last year, I'd wager he's on about month 16 now.

Got my approval yesterday 13 month wait. If my recollection is right, it took about 3 more weeks for mine to come home after approval.
