I was thinking about putting circle trigger on my 330s for beaver. Right now I got the curved out in middle of trigger than pointed down. A little like a circle. I was wondering if other beaver trappers that had them, saw a increase in catches. Or if its not even worth the trouble

Well If the trap Is completely submerged It doesn't matter what trigger you use. But If your trap Is partially submerged you want the trigger wires out of site. So I don't see any reason to use a circle type trigger.

A circle trigger on a 330 would likely get you a more humane catch on otter.
I dont see any advantage for beaver over a regular 2 prong trigger that can be configured for different applications.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

My opinion also.

The only constant in trapping is change so keep learning.
