Shelter would make a nice walk through bobcat set. Was thinking the same thing!

The shelter must have been built by one of the great survivalist on YouTube , everything is bushcraft. Kids on YouTube still wearing diapers telling us how to survive in the woods. LMAO at Grisseldog! The youngins who know bush craft and teach survival on YouTube are my fav contestants on Nekid & Afraid! Oh and their videos are only slightly less annoying than the Injuns (with a dot) that make videos about how to fix my 'puter

A odd tree on DNR ground. I believe those are old native american trail markers. That's what my uncle said when we were out berry picking when I was young. Came across a few in northern Illinois

Love those huge cedars. And Hemlocks. They are only in certain areas of the NW, on up the islands in BC . There are nothing like them. I have seen stumps that are so big, ten men couldn't lock hands and reach all the way around them. Logging has taken out many of the big ones, though protected areas remain , as well as some deep remote areas of Natl. Forest land still has them. Lots of cedars still remain all over the NW here, just a bit smaller. Love them all, plus the two types of Hemlock that also are only seen in certain areas of the NW . Glad you can enjoy them, W.I. I sure do.
