Its not just the dems dishing out the money Trump started it what happened the the fiscal responsibility in the other party. The sooner folks realize the swamp is on both sides of the isle the better. How many jobs do you know of that you can get life time benefits for 4 years of service and vote in your own tax code and vote in your own pay raises. Well said. I will add I didn't want or ask for the money put into my account. I did however put it to good use for my kids and farm. Considering it was a small part of the 31k they took out of my pay check I really don't feel bad about it.

Now my dead beat sisters that did not pay in and receive a lot of housing and food assistance spent theirs on getting their nails done as and paying for a vacation to Florida. It was really free money for them. They will also get these checks I'm sure.

If I read right a while back, isn't this mostly just changing so folks get monthly payments throughout the year rather than getting it back at the end of the year when filing taxes? They might have expanded the overall amount or something a bit, but I'm thinking they're primarily changing the distribution of the child tax credit or whatever it's called. Happy trapping! ScottW
