Most of those dried "herbs" need honey or something to get them down.
I have a bunch in my home garden with still tender and clear leaves I'm going to pick and dry soon. I have a few people who want it...
"And God said, Let us make man in our image and let them have dominion and all the creatures that move along the ground". Genesis 1:26

Best anti histamine I have found. Clears the lungs, reduces swelling from stings and allergic reactions. One of my top 3 first aid herbs. Did I mention it grows on every continent save the one covered in ice.

What's the best way to use it?

We have it by the gob here. It is supposed to be good for your lungs to smoke it.......I call B.S. How can ANY smoke be good for your lungs? We have several "foraging" type Facebook groups here and 99% of the folks parrot all manner of crap they read/hear. I hear all the time how the Native Americans used it for centuries, um, it is an import, so they must have got it from those pesky Pilgrams as soon as those folks hit Cape Cod.

Do you dry the leaves first or use them green? I must have chopped, dug and sprayed a million of them out of the fields in my life. Maybe more. Hard to keep ahead of them. One prolific weed.
