When I did It we just built some transfer cages they where about the size of a coon sized box trap. In fact we used 12X12 coon sized box traps to start out with. I was suprized that a full grown coyote could turn around In one of those 12X12 traps.
A decent catch pole Is needed. Hook em up pin em down get the trap off the critter. Never try and put a coyote or a fox In your cage head first. Lift them up and drop them In hind end first. The critter will fold up like a jack knife and In they go.
Fox are easy to handle pin them down grab them by the neck and drop them In the box.
I never live trapped with snares, but I assume you will have to cut the snare off once you have the catch pole on them.

How many dog boxes can you haul on your ATV? how many dog boxes can you put In the back of your pick up?

With the right sized transfer cages you can haul 4 on your ATV and you can stack 10 or so In the Pick up.But If your only catching one or two coyotes a day then the dog box will work out.And yes I've used dog boxes and they work but the transfer cages are a better option.

I trapped the live market In MS for 2 years then I trapped the live market In SC and NC for 12 years.
The first try at moving a coyote I put It In a NAFA bag. That coyote In that bag just about out ran me.

After a while I just built a cover over the top of my pick up bed. It had a 2X2 door In the top. I would just snatch up a coyote out of the holding pen and drop the coyote in and close the door. One time I had 12 coyotes In there. Then I just drove to the running pen drove In we would close the gate I would open the tail gate and all the coyotes would jump out and I would leave.

An interesting aspect of trapping.

I'm guessing you tape the critters snout closed.

Why would you tie up or even muzzle a trapped coyote? Why would you risk getting bit buy grabbing a coyote by the mouth to muzzle It? There Is no need to do so.

I find it strange that you ask for pictures of this after I told you specifically to stop posting pictures of this nature. Obviously you already know one way to do this.

Perhaps you have a different agenda.

Anything else from you on this subject and you will be gone from here.

Ummm one each....not sure at all way you would need multiple dog boxes. Just the way everyone I've been talking to and running with down here has been doing it

I used a heavy duty (expanded metal) cage (1 compartment) in my truck. Once at home they were put in my transport trailer. This trailer has 4 compartments and will hold 16 coyotes with plenty of space. All doors were made with a chokestick slot....where the door can be shut b4 removing the stick. Have an aluminum truck tool box mounted on back of trailer with food and water pans, extra chokestick, dog food, blue spray, etc. Trailer has lights and tag and is road legal. Sides are enclosed so public cant see in durimg transport.

There is no need to tape or tie up any coyote. They are relatively easy to handle. With few exceptions, they move to back of cage when you need to put another in.

I treated all injured feet. Water coyotes immediately after putting in trailer. Feed next day. On warmer days cool them down with garden hose spray.

I havent sold a live coyote or fox in about 8 or 9 years. Dealing with pen owners became a hassle that took the enjoyment out of trapping.

I will sell all my coyote live market equipment for the right price.
