Gov whistle blower came forward claiming they are under reporting deaths from the jab.

Reporting 12,000 deaths, actual number thought to be closer to 50,000.

Personally wouldn't be surprised if it was double that. How many people had heart attacks and were not investigated or included.

That's the problem with VAERS, it's self reporting. Nobody is required to report and anyone can report anything on it.

Where does this crap stop? Next thing you know they'll want to dictate every aspect of our lives, you know for our own good because we're not smart enough to make our own decisions.

Thanks a lot king Biden

Make no mistake, there are members on here that will giggle if the shot is made mandatory.

I wonder why this can't be used in place of the shot. Learned of this on t-man over a year ago but the WSJ is writing about it now.

As it stands now, I don't see it can be forced on anyone. I'm thinking there are going to be some law suits happening. Here's what 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) says. Note the very last part that I pasted here.

(e) Conditions of authorization
(1) Unapproved product
(A) Required conditions
With respect to the emergency use of an
unapproved product, the Secretary, to the
extent practicable given the circumstances
of the emergency, shall, for a person who
carries out any activity for which the authorization is issued, establish such conditions on an authorization under this section
as the Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to protect the public health, including
the following:
(i) Appropriate conditions designed to
ensure that health care professionals administering the product are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized
the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of the emergency use of the product, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are
unknown; and
(III) of the alternatives to the product
that are available, and of their benefits
and risks.
(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to
ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized
the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use,
and of the extent to which such benefits
and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse
administration of the product, of the
consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available
and of their benefits and risks
.

What i have read is that full FDA approval will hold up a lot stronger than EUA for mandatory vaccines. I dont believe any are yet though? And I think only 2/3 have submitted. But once they have it, idk how much a court will back a guy who is refusing. At least when it comes to an employer forcing it or terminating you. Fun times it is.

Unfortunately, federal Judges seem to think otherwise so far.
