My favorite non Traditional Ammo/ Caliber has to he the 45-110 or 45-120/125

What's your favorite non Traditional Caliber

32-40, 38-55, 32 Win special and 218 bee to name a few. In a scatter gun a sweet 28 ga side by side.

I'll let you know when they get my .20 practical done.

9.3x62, 30-40 Krag, .303 British.

Two of the most aesthetically pleasing cartridges; 300H&H and the 375H&H.

.284 Winchester and the .375 H & H with the .303 British getting a honorable mention just because ha ha

8mm-08, 27-250, 375 Clark. Maybe not in that order. Depends which one im huntin with at the moment.

357-44 Baine and Davis, 218 Bee Improved, 300 Whisper. 32 Special is a real nice cartridge, but I wouldn't call it nontraditional, in fact I would consider it more traditional than most calibers out there.

If we are going to include noncommon ones that you can buy guns chambered in and go buy ammo for at any larger sporting goods store (when ammo is available) like the 284 and 375 H&H, I'll add my long range rifle, 7mm STW.

I like my .243 Ackley Improved.

When I bought my #1 25-06 in Dec. of 77 it was considered non traditional. Maybe not so much the caliber anymore.

Dads 38-55 is the only non traditional caliber I’ve ever shot. I think it was widely manufactured until the mid 30’s but I could be wrong

I did some reloading/shooting of a friends 375 R.U.M. last year. That was a lot of fun.

.284, .264 winchester and .250-3000 savage.

458 American, 50-110, 40-70 Sharps straight, 35 Remington, 577 H&H, 401 Herters powermag

Not sure this one fits, due to amount of rifles made world wide, but 7.62 x 54r....

The only three I have at the moment in the 454Casul and 458 SOCOM and 223WSSM ... I consider my Grendel to be mainstream

But looking at the ammo shelves at the retailers. All of them including the 9mm are rare these days

Let’s see. I shoot 375 Winchester, picked up an 8mm rem mag, love my 7STW, got a 264 win mag(Browning A Bolt white gold medallion #1 of 50) that I haven’t had tie to shoot. Got a ton of other guns but these are ones I don’t consider mainstream.
