My buddy was gonna huck this stuff in the roll-off.
None of it's worth much, but theyll get used round here.

Older Reed #10 pipe vise. The mounting clamp will hold 3.5" pipe and up to 4" square.
Gonna be really handy.

Old Griswold grinder. Rough shape. Got it freed up though. Gotta go back
with a flashlight to look for plates. Ill do something with it.


And this press-type unit. Made by Pittsburgh Public Schools it says on bottom. Not sure
what they did with it. Pittsburgh is 2 hrs away...not far, but not local at all.

Last item is a wood working vice.

That a carpenter vise most have a back plate to push against but that one may not have or it’s lost in time, great find on everything it’s amazing what some people throw away.

Awesome finds. That woodworking vise would be nice to have.

The top one is a mechanism that was use when a subject won't submit to the Kings wishes, They put his finger in a squeeze til he sees the light.
Some have since been adapted to be a pipe vise, lol.

Or they could all be pig castrators, and we all have been using them wrong since they were invented.

Wood working vise's have holes in the bench for dogs to brace the board for planing or?. Nice find!
