River Birch, were those Parakeets near Sarasota, apparently there is a notorious flock of them in that area.

Thanks J I was north of Sarasota and north of Clearwater in a town Dunedin... I could hear them chatter almost every morning, they were neat to watch too. The pairs really stay so close to each other...

Caterpillars go through several stages, called "instars" as they grow. Molting off a layer of skin each time they change. Ours grew into his next instar over the weekend. We've named him Loki. #lokivariant
