Not only place , they desperate help , no fire slacker an make them work another does all work ,maybe get couple more parts done, the problem I have are not much blacks , whites , but black ppl not all but most at max last few weeks , I say on average of 3 times to work with lot miss in between an done , lit new hires walk out door an say nothing , had happen me with 6-7 can't rember

Suck it up butter cup and take the and take the options others have offered you. I am not going to worry about a job if I am not happy because I have never burnt my bridges along the way. So if I am laid off from one place I can call another and have a good job in a few hours.

More like in bigger city more jobs like that, I interested in it , some locally but mostly patrol on foot, last I look into security, low pay , not hard work , I like lock up close gates an close up stuff , byself, at nite in big city, it get pretty hairy real quick, at nite is when things happen , it always better even in small town if do things daytime, I wouldn't walk around at nite in places in this town close home , I have bfore by college for become priest , lot forigners , felt unsafe in dark

Dave, does the company that you are working for conduct exit interviews? It would be interesting to find out why all these people leave their jobs. Are the ones that are leaving the ones that had to work with you or the ones you were training?

Here is my advice.... Your planning to retire in 10 months. You have already spent 3 years to long in the place your at now. I'd say close your eyes, ears, and mind, tough out the next 10 months and retire. From the sounds of it the company will give you a gold watch at your retirement for staying with them for so many years.

no exit interviews , I doubt many factories do that , new ones work someone shoe them how or how punch in an out jobs an all other complex stuff u got know, alot, there lot new hires work others not just me, I was real nice when work them, exit interview , some never say nothing , walk out door an gone , work with one an hh bfore break start , ask if break was 15 min, never seen again , stuff like that all time , that what kind help u get nowadays alot places an way they are , not going be just all candy when u start a new job, like I say a week ago , it ok work byself alot done, black Chicago girl come over, was real nice , my speed didn't increase an drop 20 per cent of before, she was like a anchor , she must seem oil an thought horrid, , say was make $28 a hr in Chicago , no idea if some bs story , idk less but thought cone there it was all candy or something, these AA ppl always got something go on, never get thing done like some new not a others , if not go restroom a hh , got get gloves got get bandaid I got sliver, I don't feel good I go home etc , basically what any factory like wherever , few do all work an other just kickback an nothing
