henpecked1 OP trapper H Joined: May 2018 new york	Do the mink in your region have a fall shuffle or when do your mink litters break up? Do you think it is weather related? In my area I see an increase in mink activity on big water and beaver ponds as freeze up occurs, which is well after season opens.

henpecked1 OP trapper H Joined: May 2018 new york	This is a sample of mink trapping on my lines, I trap them right into under ice beaver trapping and take a few under ice and at beaver dams where there is open water.

lumberjack391 trapper L Joined: Apr 2017 PA	Seems like I see tracks everywhere in the early fall, once season comes in the tracks all but dissapear until late winter (after our season goes out the 1st week of Jan.)- then it looks like your winter photos at every stop. Thats me here in SW Pa. Same for rats here, to a lesser extent, mostly missing over most of my line.

kytrapper trapper K Joined: Dec 2006 SE Kentucky	The ones that make tracks in late January are somewhere in November. I used to see a lot more mink early season than I do now. When beaver trapping in Feb. I see a lot of mink tracks. It seems they must be there to shuffle in November but don’t shuffle much here until late season.
