Definitely otter! Otters tend to put more weight it seems on their toes. If you notice, their toes will almost always be deeper than the heel end of their foot. Just like the picture in the OP. Yep^^^

Some of yall need a critter track guide....lol Where is the otters fifth toe????? Op's picture shows only four toes in each track picture. Otter have five toes on each foot.

That is a young otter....but it's an otter... You have better eyesight than I if you can definitly detect a toe print within the area you have circled.

Click on the green word “otter” in the OP. The video shows more tracks which are definitely otter. Appear different then in the picture though Correct, and provides credence to my first post.
