How long were those offered, I just picked up #792 with a 1976 pan stamp and a 1976 paper register. I remember Sheda had a couple at a WTA convention around that time, I liked the thought of buying one, but just married with a child and first house, if it was $40 I didn't have it. Thrilled to pick one up yesterday.

The #3N Victor commemorative traps in the wood box were offered in 1976, for #25. I believe that there was only one run of the limited edition traps, so once they were sold out, no more were made. I don't know off hand how many were made but Tom Parr has a log book of who each trap was originally sold to. Some trappers supply companies bought them in quantity for resale.

Great article in Tom Parr's column in December's F-F-G magazine on the 3N Commemerative.

Snakecollector is right again in that Tom has a list of who,the traps were originally sent to. He states in his column that if you contact him, he'll tell you that person's name.
