I am getting a bit more serious about trapping and have planned to take a week of vacation to visit my camp and trap out there. I am curious to know what you keep and carry in your trapping bag/bucket/pack? List it all - the obvious, the nice-to-haves, won't-leave-home-without its, etc.
Thanks!

New going into my predator bag is a battery powererd, mini-hedge trimmer for blending in blind sets. No more collecting dead grass for blending blind and flat sets. Bait spoon/knife from Chip Davis of Expand-a-Pan. Some spikes for power bedding traps when I run into a spot that just refuses to let a trap be bedded properly.

General raccoon/water line bag is a can of silicon spray to lube up traps that are getting a bit rough.

If you run cable, either as snares/cable restraints, or extensions, slide wires, or disposable stakes, a good pair of cable cutters is a must.

Gloves, Trowel, 3lb hammer with sod buster blade, sifter, new this year a dirthole punch, driver for super steaks, and a roll of wax paper cut in half for pan covers is the obvious stuff, then I also carry a heavy set of pliers, 2 screwdrivers, 1 or 2 different size nut drivers, and a small file for making minor adjustments after catches. I also want to add a pair of shears or small nippers for cutting up grass for blending sets in

Super stake driver, 3# digger/hammer, two DP setters, two auger heads (1.5" and 3.5"), 20v cordless drill, ziplock bag with pan screens and precut waxed paper, a small baggie of spare trap tags and short lengths of wire to attach them with, gloves, sifter, bag of sheeps wool, three different predator bait jars, bottle of fox pee, some call lure, hellfire, mink gland lure, weasel lure, Backbreaker, and a couple old shoe strings for tying coyote feet together to make them easier to carry out, a pair of vise grip pliers, a pair of needle nose pliers, and a roll of wire.

I run some mink 110s, and coon DP traps at places I trap coyotes too, also a few weasel boxes.

Money cannot buy you happiness, but it can buy you a trapping license and that's pretty close.

When running 330's I keep a piece of parachute cord, made for opening a 330 spring in my outside pocket in case I accidentally join the 330 club AGAIN in a bad spot.

Usually my bag has everything but the one thing I am looking for.
