Like the mixed bag stuff. Have a try at the ducks - bufflehead, ring necks, goldeneye and scaup? Close, but no bluebills (scaup) were shot. The one goldeneye was nice to get. They are just starting to show up!

nice! the ducks are not on my lake for some reason.... been skunked twice in a row now. I'm going to move my boat out of sparrow and into couch or simcoe There really aren't many around here either. It's all going to happen fast when things get cold

Your gonna have withdrawals from all the fun stuff when you start trapping Hutchy, lol. Water is 51 degrees still. Too warm to keep beaver in for more than a day or so. Open water fur might actually be prime this year. I often get frozen out second week of November. Don't see that happening this year
