Sorta square. Lol. They are shaped different than a coon. Just couldn't get the head to incorporate into the square. I'll try a grinner next. I'm betting I can get a big one square with just a pointy nose and a nasty tail. Lol

That is really cool. I wonder what shape it will have after it is tanned. Thanks for posting. When I had coons done the first time they lost a lot of their shape when done soft tan. So after talking to a few taxi feiends, I went with a stiff type of tan. They get nailed to a barnboard backing I make for them so they never get handled and it pulls between the nails. Works for me.

Mighty fine Wetdog, I will be looking forward to seeing the possum.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

That was probably a $100 skunk before you skinned it! Thinking the same thing, Expensive one to test on! Stop by my fleamarket stand in April and check my price on that one. Your both a little low on the price. Lol Taxidermist only offered$50. Also found a new market for coon. I can turn our $5 coon into a $100 It is a limited market, so I ain't sayin nothing.
