1 package standard loaf of frozen garlic bread
1 kelbasi

Heat up kelbasi , toast/heat up garlic bread per instructions (10-12mins?)

Assemble mega huge 'hot dog'
Feeds 2 very hungry people , 3-4 not so hungry people. The flavors of the garlic bread and kelbasi go very well with each other.

Cost from Aldi's , about $4 for both.

Shepard's Pie
home raised potatoes, carrots, onions, peas and sweet corn with home raised lamb and mutton
Garlic, beef broth, other spices to taste. Our recipe makes a 9 by 13 cake pan per batch.
Soon we will mix some venison in with the mutton.

Sorry, couldn't resist.
For real though, tuna Mac and cheese rocks. Just add one packet of tuna per box.

Cube a couple boneless chicken breasts or boneless pork loin chops and brown and cook half way through in a skillet. Dump in a jar of sweet and sour sauce or orange sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Can add some canned pineapple chunks when you add the sauce if you want. Serve over white rice.

Tacos or spicy maid rites,
Brown some ground meat, add a big can of diced chilies, onion, some chili powder, use ketchup as a binder so the amount varies, one variation is to use enchilada sauce then add tomatoe paste instead of ketchup.

Everyone knows this one I assume: Chili-Mac.
On box of cheap mac and cheese, cooked up.
Dump in one can of chili, heat mixture slowly until beans are warm.
Serve with extra grated cheese and diced onions on top.

Large dice vegetables from the garden. Whatever you got. Cook up any meat you got in a big fry pan. Brown it well in some vegetable oil. Take it out, toss in veggies and cook till just done. Toss in meat with some butter and heat together for a bit. Salt and pepper and serve. We call it veggie surprise.

season and brown venison/beef cubes (cut into 1/2" pieces).

pressure cook in Insta-Pot (or similar) to tenderize, using chicken broth as liquid.

release pressure and add a box of Quick Barley and enough chicken broth (while barley cooks); to make a thick, stew-like consistency.

Salt & pepper.

serve.

Enjoy!

Cheap chuck roast placed in slow cooker. Dump entire large jar of pepperocini peppers and the juice over the meat and set for 8 hours low. Shred when done and use rolls to make sandwiches.

My Brides EZ stroganoff recipe..... Toss a pint of canned wild game meat in a pot, add a can of cream-o-mush soup, a good dollop Philly cream cheese, elbos or noodles, onion powder/dried diced onion, When the mac or noodles are done it's ready.

I’m really liking the sounds of some of these. Some of you on the other hand were or have been single for way too long.

Get you some cheap semi fatty beef on clearance. Cook medium rare like you would a steak. Boil two eggs for 4min for soft boiled ramen eggs. Thinly slice up a few decent sized spinach leaves so they look like noodles. To a bout 3/4-1cup of water add you beef ramen packet, some soy sauce Cayenne pepper , hot sauce some GOOD beef bouillon let it boil. Add you noodles. Cook them down till their al dente. Pour you noodles and broth into you bowl . Add you sliced spinach to one side, thinly slice your beef add it to another and cut you eggs long was make sure to keep as much of the yolk as possible and how ever you wish with a lil soy sauce in the yolk. Slice up some green onion and add to the middle really good really filling and for I can eat this for one meal a day for a few days for less then $15 worth of ingredients. The beef taking up most of that cost. And once you get your beef and a few eggs puree cooked you can make a bowl in like 5min

My venison recipes aren't that cheap when you add in $300 for the hotel and another $150 for gas just to get started 😁
