Does have a wood floor and I do not mind the smell much. You have some shoveling to do and crap to stack!! I already cleaned it out because I cleaned out my henhouse also they both were an absolute treat. I do not remember last time they got cleaned 7 wheelbarrows of poop.

What should I then use for the floor it has to be removable cause the turkeys go in there again next year. If you are going to put slot of work into insulation and heat spend a little more and build the size you need for trap storage and skinning. Keep that one for the turkeys.

Nothing wrong with using it as it is after its cleaned out. That way after a season or so you will know what you want in one you can build.

You can pick it up off a curb somewhere or ask a carpet installer to save you some. You can roll it up and dispose of it in the spring. If you don't burn the place down with a wood stove. lol
