Good luck to all hunters, I hope your 50th hunt is a good one Lugnut.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

My stand for the morning, could use some Dramamine with all the swaying going on. Every season I count the number of shots the first half hour and the number of shots the first hour. This morning it was 11 shots the first half hour and 17 shots the first hour. That is in the top five of the fewest shots I’ve heard early on an opening day. Some of that was the wind drowning out the far away shots but that doesn’t account for all of it.

I like deer hunting right when the wind let up.

It's not, it's only 15' and the swaying wasn't bothering me. I was just going along with wetdog's joke, forgot to add a grin or LOL.
