Never fleshed a badger, do i need to use sharp side on the back and dull side on the rest of it like a coon ?

Could'nt find much info on skinning or fleshing badger.

Could use some pointer's.

Yes, you'll need the sharp side of the knife on the neck and back area even more so than a coon. Badgers can have a lot of grissle from the neck sometimes all the way down the back. The belly seems to push easy like most all critters. Case skinned and fur out is what the market wants for selling. If you skin with the feet on for taxidermy, you may get a better price or they make a nice display skin that way as well.
