First question what is difference between the flake type antifreeze and the powder type? Second question what is everyone using to carry/ store your baits and lures? Right now I have a Plano storage box and I have to leave it outside because if I don’t my whole house smells like skunk.

I'm using an ammo can for mine since the pneumatic seal on it does a pretty good job of preventing scents from getting out

Both of those are most likely calcium chloride. It's cheaper to buy a big bag at the hardware store.

I keep my lures in plastic coffee cans and put the cans in a thick foam cooler that medical supplies ship in. Keeps the scent down and protects from extreme temperature. I keep it in the pole barn, so not sure if 100% scent tight.

Flake type is calcium chloride.
Feed mill price as of yesterday is $14.50 for a 50 pound bag.
It is also available in compressed pellet form.

Powder is usually sodium chloride which is table salt.
Available packaged and labeled as many products at many prices.
Table salt, pickling salt, kosher salt, etc.

Yep... THIS ^^^^
Have a 50cal can bolted to my trap / tool box on the rear rack of my 4 wheeler. I did put some foam rubber in the bottom to keep the glass bottles from getting slammed around and breaking.

use wooden strips between the bottles and put numbers on top of the bottle lids so you will know what is in each bottle without picking them all up to see what's in them.
