When trapping on a incline does a coyote like to approach from the high side or low side of the set???

Coyote will come high if he can every time. They might not work the set from the high side if it's to steep or if the set is properly blocked. But the will just about always circle high before coming right up to set. On an incline you will do best if there is a mostly level or leveler spot to but the set so the coyote will have a comfortable spot to work the set from. I personally don't buy that a coyote ever comes straight into a set. On set that are frozen or snowed under I have never seen it happen always circle bout 3 to 5 feet out before going in.
